Trip Includes:

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)
Meals included: Dinner

Our airport representative will be there to welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon your arrival. He/she will escort you to the respective hotel in a private vehicle comfortably. Your prior trip meeting will be scheduled on the very day at the hotel before dinner. However, our airport representative will give you a brief idea about the second day’s schedule on your way to the hotel. During the meeting, we will introduce you to the leader/guide. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about your trek or anything that is related to your trip. To make you feel comfortable, we schedule a welcome dinner for you in a popular restaurant in the city where you can enjoy authentic Nepali meal along with cultural programs including ethnic dance and songs. Tonight, you will spend your night at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (8, 20m/2,690ft)
Total duration: 6-7 hours (Bus Ride)

Today our guide will pick you up from the hotel and will escort you to the bus stop to catch the early morning tourist coach to Pokhara. Your journey is going to be a very pleasant one along the Trisuli River up till Muglin. You will have your breakfast and lunch on your way to Pokhara. After almost 7 hours of a pleasant road travel, you will reach Pokhara, known as the valley of Lakes. Pokhara is the famous valley and probably among the most popular tourist's destinations of Nepal. Once you reach Pokhara, you can spend rest of the day exploring the city or Phewa Lake. The night will be spent at a tourist standard hotel in Pokhara.

Day 03: Drive to Nayapul & trek to Tikhedhunga (1,540m/5,052ft)
Total duration: 2 hours of a bus ride and 4-5 hours walk
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Today, after breakfast, you will be traveling towards Nayapul from where the trek begins. It takes 2 hours of bus ride to reach Nayapul. Since the target for today is Tikhedhunga, you will be briefed by our guide accordingly. You will be introduced to the other trekkers during breakfast. You will get some time to go see the village and local people while our porters sort out and load the trekking equipment. The ultimate hike begins from Nayapul towards Birethati following the trail along the Modi River. Upon reaching Birethati formalities to enter the ACAP area needs to be completed. Then you will walk towards Bhrumdi Khola, Sudame, and Hiley passing beautiful waterfalls on your way until you reach Tikhedhunga. A beautiful view of Mt. Machhapuchre can be seen on the way. This night will be spent at Tikhedhunga.

Day 04: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (3,194m/1,0479ft)
Total duration: 5-6 hours

Your destination for today is Ghorepani. Shortly after breakfast, the trek will begin. There will be a long uphill climb. This is going to be a long uphill stoned steps climbing. After climbing almost 3000 steps, you will reach Ulleri. After a short break, the walk continues. This time it’s a gentle uphill trek through Rhododendron and Pine forest to reach Ghorepani. Ghorepani is the entry point of Poonhill. You will stay overnight at Ghorepani.

Day 05: Hike to Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani (2,590m/8,497ft)
Total duration: 5-6 hours

It is the third day of the trek and the destination for today is set for Tadapani. Since we will be watching the sunrise view today, our trek will begin a little bit early than other days. We will walk up to Poonhill which is situated at 3,193m. We can watch the amazing sunrise view, a very close view of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Range along with 20 other beautiful peaks and a distant view of Mustang and Pokhara from this point. After spending some time there we will return to Ghorepani for breakfast. After breakfast, we will walk towards Tadapani on the trails that pass through Deurali Pass, Banthati, and Thulo Odar Kharka. We can savor the beautiful rhododendron forest on our way to Tadapani. We will spend our night at Tadapani.

Day 06: Tadapani to Chhomorong (2,210m/7,249 ft)
Total duration: 5-6 hours

Today, after breakfast we will start our trek towards Sinuwa Chhomorong. There will be a steep descend until we reach the suspension bridge. On our way, we will see the settlements with well-terraced fields, waterfalls, and rhododendron forest. Upon crossing the bridge over Kimrong River we will halt for the lunch. After lunch, we will continue to walk uphill for an hour to reach the ridge from where the walk is relatively easy along the ridge to reach Chhomorong, a beautiful Gurung Village. This village is situated on the lap of Annapurna Massif and is the gateway to the ABC. We will stay at Chhomorong tonight.

Day 07: Chhomorong- Dobhan (2,400m/7,874 ft)
Total duration: 5-6 hours
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Today after breakfast we will trace our trek towards Sinuwa crossing the beautiful hilly terraced fields to reach Chhomorong Khola. After crossing the suspension bridge over the river and 2 hours of uphill walk we will reach the beautiful Sinuwa hill. From here, 2 hours downhill walk along the bamboo bushes will take us to Bamboo. Few teahouses are seen in this place for tourists. We will have our lunch in one of the teahouses here. After lunch, we will climb the gradual uphill trails to reach Dobhan. This is a beautiful village with few settlements and teahouses. Overnight at Dovan.

Day 08: Dobhan- MBC- Annapurna Base Camp 4140m: 5-6 hours
Total duration: 6-7 hours
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Today is the day to meet our targeted destination, Annapurna Base Camp. From Dobhan it’s a long uphill climb towards Hinku Cave and from there we will reach Deurali. From here it’s an uphill trek through the trails along the Modi Khola which leads to  Bagar. From Bagar a tough uphill walk will take us to Machhapuchre Base Camp (3,700m). We will take rest here and take snaps. The magnificent Mt. Makalu is seen at close vicinity from this point. From here we will follow the trail that is relatively wider and leads us to Annapurna Sanctuary. After walking for a while we will reach the Southern Annapurna Base Camp. The 360-degree view of the peaks can be viewed from this place. This is the very place to view the Annapurna glacier and different other peaks. We will stay overnight at Base Camp.

Day 9: Base Camp to Bamboo (2,340m/7,677ft)

Today after breakfast, we will begin our trek towards Bamboo, our destination for today. We will retrace the trail that we followed yesterday until we reach Bagar. From Bagar the trail will lead us to Deurali, Dobhan and finally to bamboo. We will pass different temples, cave, and many beautiful waterfalls. We will have to cross a bridge and forests to reach Bamboo. One will be amazed watching the view of the extraordinary landscape of this region. We will stay overnight at Bamboo.

Day 10: Bamboo to Jhinu (1,780m/5,839ft)
Total duration: 5 hours
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Our Destination for today is Jhinu dada. We will reach Sinuwa walking up to Kuldigar and then walking down to Chhomorong. It’s a steep downhill walk from here to reach Jhinu Dada. Upon reaching Jhinu dada and spending some time we can walk down to a hot spring pool which is believed to help relax our muscles and cure skin related problems. We will stay overnight at Jhinu dada.

Day 11: Jhinu to Pokhara (820m/2,690ft)
Total duration: 6-7 hours walk and 2 hours of bus ride
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Today is the last day of our trek and we will head towards Pokhara. It is going to be a long day because we will walk for almost 7 hours followed by 2 hours of bus ride to reach Pokhara. We will first walk towards Landruk where we can enjoy the beautiful view of whitewashed stoned houses and temple. From Landruk we will walk towards Birethati following the downhill trails along the Modi River to finally reach Nayapul. This is the place where our trek ends. It takes 2 hours of bus ride to reach Pokhara. We can spend the evening exploring the nightlife of the city with the crew members or can take rest. We will stay overnight at Pokhara.

Day 12: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, (1,300m/4,264 ft)

7-8 hrs drive
Meals included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

We will return to Kathmandu from Pokhara on a tourist coach. After 7-8 hours of drive, we will finally reach Kathmandu from where our journey began. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will be escorted to the hotel. You can freshen up and go shopping in the evening at Thamel which is famous for useful tourist’s products. Since today is your last day in Kathmandu, we host a farewell dinner where you can give your feedback regarding the services that we provide during the entire trip. We will stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Departure Day
Meals included: Breakfast

This is the last day of your trip with us. You can extend your trip for one or two days to visit other interesting places in and out of Kathmandu which is completely optional. If not then one of our staff will escort you to the airport as per your scheduled departure. You can roam around the city and buy souvenirs’ and do shopping to take along with you if your flight is scheduled during late hours.
