We had Classic Outdoors to organize 18 days Gokyo with Everest Base Camp trek. Kritee helped us a lot getting answers to our endless email questioning various things. Their efforts undoubtedly made our trip easy and memorable. On arrival at the airport we met our guide Ganesh and headed straight to our hotel (Hotel Blue Horizon) a simple and a cozy hotel in the vicinity of Thamel. Next day we went straight to Lukla where we met our porter ­­­­­Sujan. Our Guide and porter were informative and cheerful without them I would have hard time climbing the steep mountains.

I had a great experience and made memories for a lifetime trekking around Manaslu back in April 2017 with the support of the wonderful team at Classic Outdoors my dream came true - thanks to Kritee and to my guide Om and porter Bir Bahadur for the excellent service and companionship throughout the trek!. I was in dilemma regarding the choice of the trek. Later I decided and chose 18 days Manaslu Circuit Trek. I was known of the fact that Manaslu is in the remote parts of the country compared to the famous Everest and Annapurna Treks. I was much interested to see the authentic experience of trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal like the way people used to back many years.

A particular highlight of the Manaslu area is experiencing the full range of spectacular Himalayan scenery from subtropical jungles and rice terraces to cooler pine and rhododendron forests, high pastures, glaciers and wonderful close-up mountain views of mighty Manaslu, Himalchuli and many other peaks. With the gradual change of landscapes comes a change of people who live in the mountain valleys. The villages - from Nepali farming communities to Tibetan yak herders - become increasingly more traditional the further up you go. Experiencing such mesmerizing natural and cultural diversity while trekking around some of the worlds highest peaks is a truly rewarding and humbling experience!

Trekking solo as an average person, the trek was doable and enjoyable. Part of the trail is quite rocky, some sections are steep but most of the days are good walking, gradually up or down (on most days it's actually both up and down!) and without any particular difficulties. Compared to other trekkers we sometimes decided to walk at a slower pace - the slower you go the easier it is. The day to cross the 5106m high Larke pass was tough and long. It's the biggest challenge on the trek but it's possible if you're healthy, well supported by your guide and put your mind to it!

In totality, I had a great experience and i would recommend the company Classic Outdoors as well as my guide Om and porter Bir tamang to every one without any doubt.

We have recently completed an 18 day trek of the Manaslu Circuit. What an amazing experience. This part of Nepal needs to be seen by all who love trekking.
Our guide & porter looked after all our needs, altering & arranging transport, cooking meals,adapting our plans to changes in circumstances our safety & well being was their prime concern.Their excellent knowledge of this area added to our experience. The Manaslu area is recovering from the devastating earthquake. New trekkers accommodation is of high priority. While basic in nature the existing teahouses are comfortable & adequate. Classic Outdoors arranged all our accommodation pre & post trek, as well as transport to the hotels.We highly recommend this organisation for Nepalese adventures

This September, we had a Manaslu Circuit Trek. Our guide Puroshatam was an excellent companion, very helpful and fun friend during whole trip. Everything was perfectly planned, all the places we stayed were very good. We learnt a lot about the culture and the environment. The entire team of Classic were very polite and hospitable and very helpful on our any kind of need.

If you book a trip with them, then you have nothing to worry, you will definitely feel safe and comfortable and will have so much fun. I thank them again for everything!

This was my second visit to Nepal with Classic Outdoors. My last visit was 8 years back when I did Everest base camp trek. This time I went for the Manaslu trek slightly off beaten trek than the previous. I was shattered when I visited the heritage sites as many monuments have been severely damaged by the earthquake that took in 2015. Yet I am pleased with the hospitality of the people and their spirit to rise again. I went to manaslu circuit trek. the major highlight of the trek was the gradual change in the landscape as you walk higher. We saw the traditional Nepalese farming and many herders along the route. The accommodation at the lodges were basic but not bad for anyone to expect the luxury in the remote trekking destination is unwise. The trail was definitely challenging as you walk ups and down. Sometimes it was exhausting but the time I reached the rest place, I forgot about everything and felt relaxed to be in such an amazing places. My guide Giri helped a lot, he was very supportive and motivating. I can definitely recommend Giri as a guide to others and definitely classic outdoors without whom I could not have enjoyed the trip.

The Tamang heritage trail was a great experience. I had been to Nepal earlier but many years back. I wanted to visit a different place. That’s when I saw the itinerary for the Tamang heritage Trail. I was aware that Tamang was some of a caste group in Nepal as my guide name was Bir Tamang when I last visited. I was very curious to know and experience what the trek really was that’s when I booked my trip with Classic Outdoors. I was very much convinced with the information that I received. I had a great welcome after a tiring flight by my guide Ganesh. We had a great chit chat on the way to Hotel. Must say many things has been changed from my last visit. I was mesmerized by the way the changed has occurred. On the very next day my journey to the dream land begun as we headed to Syabru Bensi. It was a long journey was I was already prepared for that the scenery was great. Then I met my porter Suman and co-incidentally he was also a tamang. The trek was amazing, I got a chance to explore different aspect of Nepal than the one I had when I visited ABC. I was super amazed by the local culture and tradition. Overall I had a trip of a life time. I definitely was mesmerized by the variation. I wish to come back again may be for the Mustang trekking with my girlfriend any time soon. I shall definitely be back with Classic Outdoors to experience the friendship and would definitely recommend the company to family and friends back home.

I got in connection with Classic Outdoors via an online chat. At the moment I was not sure which trek to choose from. But was for sure that I would be visiting to Nepal. I have heard a lot about Nepal through my friends at the University. Kritee then gave me various options for trekking. I decided to take a while and go through the programs. Later I decides that I would go for the Langtang Valley Trek. The information that I got and arrangements they made where perfect and super helpful. They know allot about the region, and the good thing is that they know it from own experience. I am happy that I chose them as everything from the logistic to transport was great. Would definitely recommend them and go again there myself.

We took our service from Classic Outdoors for our first trip to Nepal. We were very much sure that we wanted to visit such place that is less crowded and we could collect the most experiences out of the limited number of holidays that we had. I am glad that Kritee suggested us to go for Langtang and Gosainkunda trek. The overall trekking experience was amazing. Reaching the lake was awesome. The beautiful views of the Himalayas reflecting at the lake was not less than the heaven. We spent a lot of time taking pictures and enjoying the vistas. Our guide Jiban was knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We never felt like we were unknown to them. People were very good smiling and greeting as we pass them throughout the trail. Our porter sudip was good as well. We really appreciate the hardship of both the guide as well as the porter. To be very frank, We did not expect the trip would be that great compared to what we got. We definitely recommend Classic Outdoors to everyone willing to visit Nepal.

We did a 9 days trek to helambu and it was the most peaceful and interesting trek. Definitely the number of trekkers were less in the way but I had a great time. Puroshatam and Ram were amazing and patient with us. We used to have a great time playing cards and learning new things about the country and culture every evening at the lodge. The lodges were pretty basis but were good enough. Obviously we cannot expect any kinds of luxury in the remote parts of the country. The hotel that we stayed in Kathmandu was amazing.
